What's a Cycle Tracker?

A cycle tracker is a key tool we use in menstrual cycle awareness. By noting our symptoms, moods, feelings, and interactions during our entire cycle, we can begin to see patterns in how we show up each day.

With these patterns, we as menstruators and women can structure our lives, goals and businesses around our hormonal fluctuations and live a more cyclical lifestyle.

Tracking my cycle was the fastest and easiest way for me to learn about myself, and the learning hasn't stopped yet! Each cycle I am discovering new things, and tuning into and understanding myself and my body on new levels.

Here's what I love about my custom cycle tracker tool:

  1. Your entire menstrual cycle fits neatly on one page

  2. Each day, you can simply write down what you notice, how you feel, etc.

  3. There's space to track the Moon's cycle, too!

  4. Pen to paper allows you to find and use your own words

  5. Feeling extra creative? Feel free to color in the roses or color code your seasons on the tracker!

Time to get started! Click here to download your very own cycle tracker.

Are you brand new to cycle charting? Don't worry, I have more tips just for you!

Here's how to get started:

  1. Download and print this tracker (or print twelve for the upcoming year!)

  2. Start charting today! There's no need to wait for your next period, just note the first day of your last bleed and count up from there to find your current cycle day!

  3. Find the matching slot on the tracker and record your observations (how are you feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.)

It's as simple as that! What are you waiting for? ;)

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Kaitlin Reckord (@theimmaculatewitch) for co-creating this tracker. Kaitlin is a beautiful artist and Tarot reader. Head over to her Instagram page and give her some love!

Have you been tracking for a while and want more one-on-one feedback on how to use your data? Check out my Cycle Coaching page to learn more about how I can help you!
