One-on-One Single Sessions:

1-hour session:  $70

1.5-hour session:  $100

*expiration: 30 days of purchase

 

One-on-One packages:

10 1-hour sessions ($61/session):  $650

20 1-hour sessions ($56/session):  $1200

*expiration: 90 days/10 sessions, 120 days/20 sessions

            combined with in-home sessions.  Either way, phone coaching provides an 
            affordable support tool throughout your week.

FLOW Training offers a variety of workshops focusing on connecting the body, self, breath and community.

  

 

                

1) Writing with the Body: Words and Movement      
            Writing, drawing and gentle movement for all ages.  A chance to get 
            creative with your inner artist and yogi/dancer-self.  Also, an amazing way to 
            discover what moves you and nourishes you from the inside-out.


            2) Letters to my Body
            A safe gathering to welcome your body's voice and your writer within.  A 
            great "series" class to form the habit of writing to allow the body, mind and heart to 
            communicate.


            3) Seek Movement for the Right Reasons
            
Tune into your body and focus on your own desires and delights as opposed 
            to the "shoulds".  Steer clear of over-exercising, rigid routines, and/or
            making "exercise" another "diet" -- Move to live.

 

4) Make Fitness Work for YOU
Spice up your fitness plan, and/or learn how to add balanced exercise (strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training) to your daily regimen to complement what you love to do.  Discover how basic structure and a daily self check-in can create a new passion for finding freedom in your body and life!

5) Balance your Belly, Balance your Body, Balance your Life!     

While practicing body awareness and belly breathing, this core- and balance-focused workshop tunes into your deep hungers and intuition by moving the body as a whole, from the center and using core muscles and deep breathing. 

 

6) Intuitive Fitness - Let Your Feelings Move You

Discover how to align the healing and expressive power of movement with feelings/emotions to heal, enlighten, energize and strengthen!  This helps you to connect your inner self to your physical self on a daily basis in listening to your body and honoring the energy and wisdom that lies within….

 

7) Exercise and the Economy Diet

Learn to let go and trust through movement.  During tough economic times, if we can't control our finances, sometimes we reach for things we think we can control like our bodies or our diets.  Instead of stuffing, purging or starving, we can learn to find peace within our bodies, within the comfort of our breath and our spirits.  Through gentle movement, we'll experience strengthening, grounding, stretching, reaching, opening and resting...all in an effort to find personal and universal peace.   

 

8) Receiving and Letting Go

A simple yet powerful practice incorporating breathwork and postures.  Embrace and inhale what you need.  Let go and exhale what you don’t.
